1. Eligibility

To register and play at Ruby Reels Casino, you must meet all of the following requirements:

2. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is C$20 via all standard payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is C$20 via Interac, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Skrill; C$50 via bank transfer. All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your name — third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Processing times vary by payment method: Interac and PayPal within 1–2 hours of approval, card withdrawals 1–3 business days, bank transfers 3–5 business days. We reserve the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4. Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement based on the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). Example: deposit C$100, receive C$100 bonus, wagering requirement = C$100 × 30 = C$3,000. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.

Bonus funds are used after your real money balance is depleted. Winnings generated with bonus funds are withdrawable only after wagering requirements are fully met. Maximum bet when using bonus funds is C$5 per spin. Violation of this rule may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time. Bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.

5. KYC Verification

We are required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address (dated within 90 days). Additional documentation may be requested for large withdrawals or when required by our anti-money laundering procedures. We aim to complete KYC review within 24 hours of document submission. Failure to provide required documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

6. Prohibited Activities

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Ruby Reels Casino operates under Curaçao eGaming licence number 365/JAZ. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer support process may be referred to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or an independent dispute resolution body.
